In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and upload zeroknowledge-forms.zip

Activate the plugin, then open ZK Forms → Settings

Paste your license key and click Activate License

Go to ZK Forms → Form Builder to create your first encrypted form
